The mission of our church is to provide a free atmosphere and safe space for all people to grow in God’s purpose for them. We do this through:

Our Story

Under the heartfelt leadership of Bishop Vivian Murphy-Hutcheson, the former, A Place Called Hope was founded December 31, 2009, by Executive Pamela Hutcheson, the late Deacon Rochelle Thompson, Minister Kuwana Baker, and the late Deacon Lesia Richardson, who were all inspired to support her vision. From the very beginning, our church has been rooted in faith, love, and a deep commitment to serving others. Our journey began powerfully and continues to bring great impact and kingdom growth. As we grew, God opened doors—after holding two services in a home garage, we were blessed with a dedicated worship space. On February 6, 2010, we held our first service in the new location, launching a Global Outreach for the Haitian community with an incredible turnout. In 2025, under the Leadership of our current Pastor, Dr. Jovon McPerry and Assistant Pastor, Prophet Dr. Schquinta Womack there was a divine call and mandate for a new season for the ministry. September 2025, The Church was renamed, Love & Hope Fellowship Church. Our commitment to our community is a priority—We are proud of our initiatives that help us serve our community and continue building God’s Kingdom, one brick at a time.
